Women’s Ministry

The Ladies Ministry of Kipling Avenue Baptist Church was formed six (6) years ago. During that time we have hosted Ladies Breakfasts three (3) times a year and five (5) Women of Grace Conferences. A Bus Trip usually takes place on the second Saturday in August, ending our year of activities. Below are some of our events for the remainder of 2007.

Women of Grace Conference

The 6th Annual Women of Grace Conference will be held on Saturday, June 9 starting from 9.00 in the morning until 3.30 in the afternoon.

Our main speakers will be Dr. Wendy Porter Director of Music at McMaster University and Pastor Josephine Cheroo, from Ablaze Ministries. The theme is 'Life is Hard, but God is Good'. Registration for the entire day is $15.00 before May 31, and $20.00 after May 31. The registration fee includes lunch, handouts, and coffee.

OUR ANNUAL BUS TRIP will take place. This trip culminates our year of activities and is a way to help foster a deeper sense of awareness of each other and also to relate to each other in a Christian way.

The trip this year will be in the form of a shopping trip to Buffalo. The cost is $44.00 per person. (Lunch is on your own).
